FOCUS: Might & True is a B2B marketing agency looking for a Jr. Media Planner to join our Austin, Texas team. So, what are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is part digital geek and part creative. The perfect media planner for MT will enjoy shaping and executing data driven media and integrated channel programs using your keen ability to identify and reach target audiences wherever they are online. You love to dig into the numbers, markets, competition and digital platforms for the benefit of your clients. And when you craft the perfect plan, you love working with various internal and external teams to launch, optimize and all-out perform beyond the client’s expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - To optimize integrated media campaigns to increase the client’s brand awareness, drive leads and help them achieve revenue success. - Collect and analyze market, channel and competitive data to ensure that your plans are built on a solid foundation of data and insight. - Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits. - Determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns based on both performance and cost. - Work with our Martech team to ensure that you’re media campaigns take full advantage of the technology available. - Lead any analysis and optimization required on campaigns according to the client’s goals and objectives. - Allocate budgets and monitor costs of each campaign relative to client goals and restrictions. - Follow digital technology and related media trends of our client’s primary outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs). - Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns and recommend any improvements required to meet the client's goals. - Work with our clients directly to guide them on our current and future media and integrated marketing plans. We’re looking for someone who manages the day-to-day management of our client accounts and gets to know the client accounts inside and out. You thrive on getting projects and tasks done but not just that you pride yourself in your organizational and time-management skills. Details never get by you and you’re always on top of the jobs at hand for each client. You’ll be in charge of managing the day-to-day deliverables for various client projects from the discovery phase to on-time completion and you’re not afraid to speak up to keep projects moving. You’ll use your knowledge of both design, user experience and digital to create concepts that have high visual impact on our client programs and be a leading voice for the agency on what good looks like. You’ll create a variety of designs to include wireframes, websites, landing pages, emails, ebooks, infographics and a variety of other online and offline content. And when that perfect design is built, you’ll help communicate the hows and whys of your approach to our internal teams and ultimately our happy clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Cultivate a solid body of work both for yourself and for the agency Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs, as well as feedback and ask questions in ways that will help get the right creative output delivered in the first rounds. We’re looking for a person with a great technical and creative mind for detail, organization, analysis, and design.
