Account Supervisor

Mighty & True is a creative technology agency that combines design, tech and business strategy to help companies create new experiences for their customers and the world. As part of our continued effort to innovate in our space, Mighty & True is seeking a talented and energetic Account Supervisor to help us manage client relationships and lead new projects that push the limits of creative tech. This individual will help us manage and grow our immersive and digital discipline while being part of a core staff of client management professionals that will be building new and innovative experiences and products, some of which have yet to be seen. Our Account Supervisor is an outgoing client advocate that is comfortable driving business forward and translating client needs into agency opportunities. You’ll look to continuously develop and maintain positive client relationships by getting to know your clients inside and out, understanding their business objectives and goals and translating those needs into strategies and tactics that drive their business forward. This Account Supervisor would ideally have experience working with clients to drive a wide range of projects forward including: digital campaign programs, branding and creative and technology and web / immersive tech builds. Along with the Account Directors you support, your role will be to serve as a strategic and productive partner that helps clients develop solutions that align with their needs. Your success is driven by your clients success - and you not only love making clients happy but you want to see them improve, succeed and be 100% satisfied with the primary outcome of the programs we develop at Mighty & True.

About the job


  • Support account directors to manage day-to-day strategic client relationship
  • Translate client goals into clear strategies, deliverables and scopes of work
  • Suggest and intake client project requirements for projects and campaigns
  • Work directly with clients to plan out campaigns that meet customer objectives
  • Partner with agency internal teams directly to ensure on-time and on-scope projects
  • Develop marketing program strategies and communicate and lead those strategies to our internal groups
  • Brief and liaising with Mighty & True’s cross-functional teams
  • Establish and maintain processes both internally within Mighty & True and externally with clients
  • Set up, manage and report on meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams
Who we're looking for


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related degrees or experience and/or proven experience managing high-profile marketing, creative technology, experiential or innovation programs
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role with agency experience
  • B2B + technology industry experience a plus but not required
  • Good financial awareness and skills
  • First class communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrable and effective time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
