Media Coordinator / AD OPS

Mighty & True is a B2B marketing agency looking for a Media Coordinator to join our Austin, Texas team. So, what are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is passionate about media programs that perform. The perfect media coordinator for MT will enjoy owning the placement of media and providing input on data driven media programs and integrated channel programs. You like to live in the channels and drive performance based on a well coordinated plan and thrive on launching, managing and optimizing your plans ensuring they all-out perform beyond the client’s expectations.

About the job
Planning 
  • Support media plans with research and channel knowledge as needed to ensure our plans are built on a solid foundation of data and insight.
  • Help the team identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits - before, during and after program launch.
  • Work with our Accounts team to understand client strategy and goals to ensure media implementations align.
  • Work with our technology team to ensure that your media campaigns take full advantage of the technology available.
  • Monitor costs and performance of each campaign relative to  client goals and restrictions.
  • Follow digital technology and related media trends of our client’s primary outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs).

Launch + Execution
  • Utilize ad server and related media technology to build and execute media campaigns
  • Ensure all media / content tagging and tracking codes are implemented
  • Document media proofs to internal and external teams
  • Report on media stats including weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly and annual
  • Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns and recommend any improvements required to meet the clients goals.
  • Optimize integrated media campaigns to increase the client’s brand awareness, drive leads and help them achieve revenue success
Who we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related experience
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in media coordination and ad operations with technical knowledge of media tools and technology (i.e. ad servers, pixels, etc…)
  • B2B experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Broad knowledge of paid media channels (Social, Paid Search, Display, Content Syndication)
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
  • Working knowledge of analytical tools used in media planning and buying
  • Strong Analytical capabilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The drive to excel in a deadline-driven environment, problem-solve, think strategically and manage multiple priorities
  • A knack for research with exceptional proofreading skills
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively while taking ownership of delegated projects
  • Agency experience a plus, but not required
  • Resourceful self-starter
  • Energetic, friendly and self-motivated attitude
