Design
As the Digital Design Director, Web and UX at Mighty & True, your role is to elevate the visual and strategic impact of our digital designs. This position focuses on creating beautifully designed user experiences (UX) for Webflow pages and sites, as well as email designs. You will lead and guide the design team to produce compelling, conversion-focused content that aligns with our clients' strategies, drives exceptional business results, and upholds the company's brand promise.
As an Digital Design Director (aka Art Director), you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the visual aspects of creative projects, as well as helping us build business systems to make work easier and better for all our customers and employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the artistic and strategic vision and objectives are effectively communicated and executed across various media channels. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, video editors and animators to develop and deliver compelling visual solutions that align with our customer's organization's strategic goals, as well as make good on our M&T brand promise.
As a digital designer at Mighty & True, you'll specialize in creating, editing and producing final digital designs that drive business results for our clients. From designing visually stunning digital ads that capture the attention of our clients' target audiences to creating wireframes and landing pages that lead to higher conversion rates, you'll ensure that every piece of content is optimized for maximum impact. In addition, you will work closely with our content specialists to design web content that is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
