Client Strategy Lead
Mighty & True is looking for a Client Strategy Lead to serve as the vital link between our clients’ business goals and our high-performing delivery teams. This role is designed for a strategic "doer", someone who can translate high-level B2B marketing concepts into actionable project plans and orchestrate the day-to-day execution of integrated campaigns.

As the Client Strategy Lead, you are the primary orchestrator of the client’s campaign delivery. You will balance high-level strategic alignment with tactical project ownership, ensuring that every asset and media plan directly supports the client's growth objectives. You will also lead the charge in using AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Orchestration & Client Partnership
- Primary Bridge: Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted, consultative relationships.
- Strategy Translation: Translate strategic insights and client goals into measurable project plans across creative, media, and growth systems.
- Performance Collaboration: Partner with media and performance teams to deliver reporting, analyze data, and derive storytelling insights that lead to actionable recommendations.
- Alignment Advocacy: Ensure all deliverables align with the topline messaging and creative strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
Tactical Execution & Management
- Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes to ensure 95%+ of projects are delivered on time.
- Systems Ownership: Own the Asana project setup, including task delegation, resource assignment, and accurate documentation.
- Reporting & Reviews: Lead regular project check-ins and high-quality Quarterly Calibrations (QBRs).
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify delivery risks and conduct calibration sessions to automate workflows and improve results monthly or quarterly.
- Asset Coordination: Manage review cycles and final asset delivery to ensure clients receive work in the proper format and on schedule.
