As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the implementation of campaigns on some of our customer accounts.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Mighty & True, your primary focus will be on hands-on creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. In this critical role, you’ll support a Digital Marketing Manager by ensuring campaigns are launched successfully and perform optimally across various digital channels. Your responsibilities will include setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns, creating compelling ad copy and assets, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop effective B2B digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Assist in developing and presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.

Tactical Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and monitor paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
• Continuously optimize targeting, creative, and landing pages to improve campaign results.
• Create compelling ad copy and assets in collaboration with the creative team.
• Utilize AI tools for copy and content suggestions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in regular client meetings to discuss campaign performance and strategies.
• Document processes and best practices for digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Specialist role at Mighty & True is a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for digital marketing. You have hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid social media campaigns, creating compelling ad copy and assets, and optimizing campaign performance. Your ability to support the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with the creative team is essential to this role.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B technology, design, or marketing sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills and creativity in developing ad assets.
- Proficiency with marketing technology tools and AI-based solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and project management software.
- Knowledge of no-code and AI-based tools for enhancing campaign efficiency.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
