The Role

We are looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager to design, orchestrate, and optimize a high-volume demand motion.

In this 8-week engagement, you will serve as the central point of coordination between paid media, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and platform owners. Your goal is to drive trial starts and accelerate trial-to-paid conversion within a fast-velocity sales cycle.

You will not just be executing tactical tasks; you will be the strategic orchestrator ensuring all programs launch efficiently and deliver impact against subscriber growth goals.

Job Outline

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Program Orchestration & Strategy

  • Design the demand generation framework for a high-volume account universe (~50k accounts) focusing on trial-led acquisition.
  • Maintain a single, integrated view of live campaigns, upcoming launches, and active tests.
  • Lead weekly checkpoints to track momentum, performance, and risks.

2. 6sense Account-Based Motion

  • Lead the strategy and rollout of a targeted account motion using 6sense.
  • Partner with platform owners to validate segmentation and define engagement plays aligned to conversion goals.
  • Ensure consistency between intent signals, paid media targeting, and downstream lifecycle experiences.

3. Paid Social Strategy

  • Own the paid social strategy (channel selection, audience targeting, budget phasing) to support trial acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the performance team to adjust targeting and prioritization based on real-time results.

4. Performance & Insights

  • Define success metrics across the funnel, specifically trial starts, engagement, and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Analyze performance trends to provide actionable optimization recommendations.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Strong background in B2B demand generation, specifically in high-volume, product-led (PLG), or trial-based motions.
  • Tech Stack: Hands-on familiarity with 6sense and Paid Social platforms, with the ability to translate intent signals into media action.
  • Mindset: You operate as a strategic orchestrator, not just a tactical executor. You are comfortable managing complexity across multiple teams.

Data-Driven: You possess a bias toward testing, learning, and optimization.

Success Metrics (The First 8 Weeks)

  • Program Setup: Complete the setup of key program components (target lists, 6sense models, nurture operations).
  • Accuracy: Maintain 100% tracking accuracy for attribution-related fields across active campaigns.

Delivery: Maintain 95%+ on-time delivery across key milestones and launches.
