🛠️ Tool of the week
Lunacy: Things are getting really interesting in the design world. Icons8 just launched a new (free) design tool that looks to rival tools like Sketch, Figma and Canva... but with some nifty upgrades like AI tools, Figma importing, and auto layouts. Heck, it's free... so we're going to give it a go. You should too.

- Design Tools Database: Try out this really expansive database of every type of design tool imaginable.
- Mural: We're listing Mural here in this edition because we think it's a great collaboration tool... but their new website is the 💣. Well done!
- Lingo: When we create style guides for our customers, we use Lingo. It's the best tool we've found for digital brand guidelines and asset management into one easy and affordable spot.
🎄Coca-Cola's festive ad adds a dash of fun with values
Coca-Cola's 'The World Needs More Santas' 2023 Christmas ad reminds us all (B2B and consumer marketers alike) that values-based narratives can do wonders for your brand. For us tech marketers, emphasizing shared values help to go beyond product promotion and foster both trust and lasting loyalty. What a great way to end (and start) the year than by reminding your customers that you are in this together.
💔 Figma and Adobe break up
In a recent update, Figma's CEO, Dylan Field, said "nah" to the Adobe merger. Apparently, the regulators weren't feeling it. But no worries, Field thanked the community and explained that Figma's still all about bridging that digital design gap and thus, they've continue to crush it with new features. So even though they're going solo now, expect big things in 2024! Figma's got this. #TeamFigma

Drum Award Spotlight: Leaving out the G's and C's
This clever ‘In-house Team of the Year’ Drum award winner features British law firm, Addleshaw Goddard's emotional video campaign that dramatized the problem solving capabilities of the business and put imagination at the forefront. Way to go inside team!
🤖 Content platform Folloz adds AI to it's capabilities
Our friends at Folloze just this week announced GeneratorAI as a new feature in their content platform and it looks to be pretty cool. These type of AI features are showing up pretty fast in personalization engines like Folloz and Pathfactory and signify a major leap in productivity and performance for digital marketers using these tools. Plan on seeing more of these launches in the near future.
