- Adobe Sensai: We know Adobe is using Sensai for a variety of their AI products (Firefly, Audition, Animator, etc...) but this round up of everywhere they are using it is worth a look.
- AutoDraw: The cool adult Microsoft Paint.
👏 Simple and effective Slack promo
We all know what Slack does now... but what about a few years ago. This clever promotional video does a great job a showcasing the value of Slack for teams by playing off what we all didn't know about the software when we wer less connected. B2B explainers don't have to be boring. This video is a great example of simple, effective B2B product promotion. Check it out.
🥺 OpenAI can now remember past conversations
I forget where I put my keys, but AI can remember every conversation it's had with every person on the internet within milleseconds? Geez. And we were worried about this stuff taking over the world. Well, yea. With OpenAI's creepy sounding "Sunshine" announcement, your friendly AI chatbot can now recall all your past conversations and use it create context for anything you ask it. We'll say it again. This is getting really weird. Read a good overview of the capability here.

🇺🇸 Pennsylvania is the first state to adopt AI
Just when you though that the government would be locking down AI, the Keystone state goes ahead and announces they will be utilizing generative AI in state government employee operations. We know, crazy... but this move might signal more government adoption of AI, which is either really scary or encouraging. We're not sure yet. Check out the government order here.

🔥 More evidence that B2B marketing is hot on AI
This new ViB's study reveals a growing adoption of generative AI in B2B marketing, with 85% acknowledging its impact. However, concerns about AI inaccuracies, data privacy, and ethics persist. Only 32% of businesses actively address AI inaccuracy, highlighting the need for proactive strategies to mitigate risks.

🚀 Customer lifetime value is the lifeblood for SaaS and beyond
Many of our SaaS customer live and die on CAC and CLV. This article does a good job at addressing each metric on their own and then also rounding up how customer lifetime value is an important amplifier of customer aquisition costs. It's worth a read for those that are trying to measure / calculate both important metrics together. Check it out here.
