In this clever internal video from Publicis Groupe, the company showcases the use of AI video to their global teams by having their senior leaders riding horses on beaches, surfing and even doing some impressive parkour. As AI continues to evolve, its integration into media production like this promises to shape some really smart and engaging experiences for audiences worldwide.

🎧 OpenAI now working on custom voices

In the latest announcement from OpenAI, they claim to be working on updating their text-to-voice application, Voice Engine to allow for custom voice creation. This added feature would allow users to input reference audio that could then be used to model an AI voice.

This has huge implications for the voice talent world, as well as advertising in general. Check out the announcement and hear some samples here.

🛌 More tech workers are expected to stay home this year.

Today, 14% of U.S. workers work at home full-time (including us at M&T), and that number is expected to increase to 20% by next year. As remote work gains momentum, the debate over its merits intensifies. This recent article looks at home officing in 2024 and perspectives on it from Google and Amazon.

All told the future of work seems to be focused on finding the right balance between remote and in-person collaboration, a debate that continues to evolve amidst shifting workplace norms. Check it out!

đź’Ľ Google offers $35 bigs for Hubspot

We have a lot of customers using Hubspot. Heck, we use it ourselves. So when we saw the Google / Hubspot news, we were very interested (and so were the folks on Reddit). As you may have heard, Alphabet, Google's parent company, is eyeing a bid for HubSpot, a $35 billion online marketing software firm. This would be Alphabet's largest acquisition yet, tapping into its $110.9 billion cash reserve.

If successful, the deal would bolster Google's presence in CRM software and strengthen its cloud computing business. What it does for all use customers is left to be seen. Read here.
