🫢 LinkedIn's CEO introduces his AI alter ego

Reid Hoffman, the former CEO of LinkedIn, recently introduced his AI alter ego—REID AI. Created with Hour One, voiced by Eleven Labs, and fueled by a custom chatbot built on GPT-4, this digital twin draws from Reid's decades of content and expertise.

Hoffman interviews his AI twin to test its capabilities and alignment with his thinking. Needless to say, we found the experience engaging and thought-provoking. A fascinating watch 😱. See it here!

🍪 Google pauses on cookie deprecation

What might be seen as good news (we think?), Google has once again delayed its plans to phase out third-party tracking cookies in its Chrome browser, as the company works to address ongoing competition concerns raised by the U.K.'s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) regarding its Privacy Sandbox initiative.

The postponement aims to give Google more time to collaborate with regulators and industry stakeholders to find a solution that balances user privacy with the needs of the digital advertising players. All that fuss, for this? Well, now we wait and see what happens next. Read more here.

💄AI meets beauty: Estée Lauder's and Microsoft's partnership

In what can only be seen as another tech company attempting to build AI into just about every customer relationship, The Estée Lauder Companies and Microsoft have announced they are breaking new ground with their AI Innovation Lab, fueled by Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service.

These systems will help Estee Lauder create products, enhance customer relationships, accelerate time to market, and ensure product suitability for local regions. Excited to see more beauty and skincare brands use the power of AI! Check out the announcement here🔥

💬 Slack finally gets an AI upgrade!

We were jazzed to see that Slack recently announced that their AI feature has now become available on all paid plans for businesses of all sizes! If you're anything like us, you use Slack for all things team sharing and communication. We're over the moon excited about this announcement 🙌🏼 Here are some of its new capabilities:

  • Recaps: a personalized daily digest of what’s happening in select channels. We needed this.
  • Search answers: instantly find answers from data in Slack, with keywords, or ask in your own words.
  • Conversations summaries: catch you up on channels and threads in one click. My heart, my soul... Thank you, Slack.

It asks your favorite AI chat to analyze a competitor's content piece against your own in an effort to give both an analysis of the differences, as well as ideas for new content that makes your brand stand out. You are a content development wizard in the B2B sector. Your goal is to scrutinize the provided competitor's content and our own brand [brand name here] to identify key thematic and stylistic differences. Use your insights to propose a series of content pieces that not only fill the gaps left by the competitor but also push forward our brand's narrative in ways that are fresh and engaging to our target audience. I will attach both the competitive copy and our copy for a complete analysis.

Include headers for each major positioning point that you will focus on and then add detail on why you included it along new ideas for unique content creation.
