LinkedIn's "No One Knows What You Do" ad campaign humorously showcases the challenge B2B marketers face in explaining their roles to parents and sometimes each other. Having just left the holiday dinner table, we can relate with some of this. No one gets B2B, like B2B people... especially your Mom.

🍪 Embracing first-party data in a cookie-free era

A recent survey by the World Federation of Advertisers shows increasing satifaction among brands with their internal agencies, signaling that maybe the external full-service agency model is struggling.
